Since we are a Danish company and our customer are from all around the world, we have chosen to list all prices in DKK and just provide a link for people to calculate the price in their local currency for them selves.
We are working on a smarter version of the pricelist (eta. 3-4 weeks), which amongst other things gives the customer the ability to choose which currency they would like the prices to be displayed in. We think this will be the ideal solution for everyone around the world.
The CoolWhip Team has also taken care of that, as you just send us an e-mail with your problem, and if your problem requires you to return a unit, you will be given a UPS return shipping number, which you pass on to your local UPS representatives. then they will take care of the rest. It is as easy as if your were dealing with the local PC-shop (sometimes perhaps even easier, depending on your local PC-shops).
